What you get on the free plan
- As many guests as you like. There's no limit on how many people can upload, only on the total storage for your gallery (200MB on the free plan).
- No app and no sign-up for guests. They scan the QR code or tap your link and upload in seconds.
- A private gallery. Guests can upload but can't view or delete photos. Only you can, once you log in.
- A QR code and table cards made for you. Your QR code is in your dashboard, and you can download free printable table cards with it already on them.
- Original quality. Photos aren't squashed the way they are in a chat app.
- Download the full album. Save all your photos and videos to your computer in one go, in original quality, with a single click.
- 200MB of storage. That's roughly 65 or more phone photos, and videos use more space.
How it works at a wedding
- Create your gallery. Sign up free and your upload link and QR code are ready straight away.
- Print the QR code. Download a free table card from your dashboard, or put the code on your order of service or a welcome sign, with a line like "Scan to share your photos". Need ideas? See our wedding photo QR code ideas.
- Guests upload as they go. They scan, choose their photos and send them. No download, no password.
- Collect everything. Open your dashboard to see every photo in one place, then download your favourites or the whole album in one click.

How many photos fit, and how long are they kept?
The free plan is designed for trying AllShare or for a small gathering. If you expect a bigger guest list, or you want longer to download everything, you can upgrade with a one-off payment. There's no subscription.
| Plan | Price | Storage | Photos kept for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | £0 | 200MB (about 65+ photos) | 7 days |
| Bronze | £5.99 once | 2GB (about 650+ photos) | 3 months |
| Silver | £9.99 once | 5GB (about 1,700+ photos) | 6 months |
| Gold | £14.99 once | 15GB (about 5,000+ photos) | 12 months |
Photo counts are estimates based on an average phone photo of about 3MB. Download your photos before your storage period ends.
How to get more photos from your wedding guests
- Put the QR code where guests will see it. Table cards work best because everyone sits down at some point.
- Mention it once. A quick line from the best man or MC means nobody misses it.
- Share the link beforehand. Add it to your wedding website or WhatsApp group so guests can upload during the day and afterwards.
- Keep it simple. The fewer steps, the more photos you'll get.

Frequently asked questions
Is wedding photo sharing really free?
Yes. The free plan costs nothing and needs no card. It includes 200MB of storage and keeps your photos for 7 days. If you need more space or more time, Bronze, Silver and Gold are one-off payments.
Do my guests need to download an app?
No. Guests just scan the QR code or open your link in their phone's browser. They don't need an account either.
Can guests upload videos as well as photos?
Yes. Guests can upload common photo and video formats, including JPEG, PNG, HEIC, MP4 and MOV, up to 100MB per file.
Who can see the photos?
Only you. Guests can upload to your gallery but can't view or delete what's there. You see everything when you log in to your dashboard.
Are there printable table cards?
Yes. Your dashboard has free table cards with your own QR code already on them. Choose a design and download a tent card to print on A5 card and fold, or a single card as an image. See the table card designs.
Can I use it alongside my wedding photographer?
Yes, and many couples do. Your photographer captures the formal shots, while your guests add the candid moments from all angles.
